We can carry out a Pre-Let Clean:
- All floors and balconies cleaned including rugs
- Furniture and mirrors polished
- Kitchen, sink, oven and cupboards cleaned
- Beds remade and towels replenished
- Toilet rolls replenished, bathrooms and toilet brushes cleaned
- Windows cleaned as required
- Switch on fridge and check appliances are working
- Set out patio furniture
- Ensure crockery, glassware and cutlery are clean
- Outside areas swept and cleaned
Please note that we can carry out the Full Inventory Check at the same time as the Pre-Let Clean which would keep costs down if your property was being let out within 36 hours.
If your guests are staying longer than a week, we would recommend that we carry out a Mid-Let Clean:
- Clean bathrooms and replenish toilet rolls
- Remove towels and dirty linen and remake beds
- Clean outside areas and check property
- Clear refuse
- General tidy and dust
